ProjectFlow: Getting Started
Problem
New users often struggle to get started in work management platforms like Monday.com, particularly when setting up boards, organizing tasks, and assigning work across teams. Many onboarding experiences introduce too many features at once without sufficient contextual guidance, leading to confusion, setup errors, and delayed productivity.
Solution
Designed an interactive onboarding experience that guides users through core workflow tasks in a simulated environment, helping them build confidence while completing realistic onboarding activities. The experience emphasizes progressive learning, practical application, and reducing friction during the initial onboarding experience.
