I’ve always been curious about how people learn—and how thoughtful design can make that process meaningful and inspiring. My passion for instructional design grew as I saw how learning experiences can not only transfer knowledge but also empower people to grow in their careers and lives.​Earning my Master’s in Instructional Design & Technology gave me the tools to blend creativity with strategy. Since then, I’ve designed certification programs, interactive workshops, gamified leadership experiences, and performance support tools for diverse learners.​What excites me most is going beyond courses—building solutions that spark curiosity, inspire confidence, and drive real results. Whether through eLearning, instructor-led training, or just-in-time resources, I strive to design experiences that leave a lasting impact.
